5. Prepare the shooting list weekly

6. well maintain the shooting situation of products in CP

In/out-team communication:

7. Communicate with online/offline buyers on merchandise follow-up

8. Communicate with 3rd party to fully execute the request concerning online products of online buyer.

Parcel handling:

9. Pack, mail, receive, unpack parcels and distribute contents

Sample management:

10. Production sample and shooting sample management

CP maintenance:

11. Maintain CP data after order placement

Online promotion list maintenance:

12. Maintain different promotion list in the proper way.

QAD process & follow up:

13. Inspection booking

14. SCOTA preparation

15. Testing preparation

16. Inspection & testing result follow up

17. In house garment washing preparation & follow up

Fitting session:

18. Attend the fitting session and record the commercial comments;(the level of involvement will differ among merchandiser/Jr. merchandiser/asst. merchandiser)

19. Work with the technician to make sure the fitting comments are sent to supplier timely

任职资格

EDUCATION (Level and major): College degree or above

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Team-player and self-motivated Detail-oriented and diligent

LANGUAGE (language, level of proficiency) : Good in English and Mandarin

COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE APPLICATION: Familiar with Computer skills especially for EXCEL
