Your Contribution:
· Support recruitment tasks: attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews,managing the hiring paperwork and on boarding process.
· ATS management: track, update, and maintain candidate statuses in Jobvite and Workday. Working with global team on outstanding issue and system improvement.
· Support TA project such as Internship program, Employee referral,and other Employee Branding initiatives
· Create and update job posting for all recruitment channels.
· Consolidate recruitment data and generate weekly recruitment reports.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
· Passionate in people
· Fluent English skill in both written and spoken.
· Detail and process orientated.
· Well master Microsoft office tool, especially excel.
· Logical thinking and always eager to learn.
· Good communication skill and team work spirit.
· Guarantee of working at least 3 days per week
· Education: Bachelor or Master Degree.
