Responsibility:
1. Support any training programs to do pre-training preparation, after-training data summary, etc.
2. Support to handle regular We-chat platform maintenance and material updated, etc.
3. Support other training related administration work, such as data collection, training material printing, copy, collection, etc.
Requirement:
1. ACTA MVI, GI, and ACA HRBP
2. Around 300 new employees training, incl. 1-week orientation part1, 1-week professional part2
3. All new employee probation process and evaluation follow up
4. All leadership programs, incl. e-learning, Bamboo, Eagle, HR training for non-HR managers
5. Employee training needs handling and implementation, such as English learning, Chinese learning, softskill training (presentation skill, office skill, negotiation skill, communication skill, etc.)
6. Performance appraisal & IDP follow up
7. T&D We-chat development & management
8. Insight survey organization & follow up, incl. ACTA MVI &GI, ACA Insight workshop (2018)
9. ACoE Training Planning, Organization, Coordination
10. Belbin Assessment Creation, Follow-up and Report
