Job Description：

·       In charge of procurement process for projects, including contracts sign-off, invoices confirmation and initiating payment vouchers.

·       Internal communication and time management.

·       Provide supports to vendors for on-boarding affairs.

·       Support senior manager with team administrative works.

Requirement：

1. 5 days per week/ fulfill 6 months
2. stay student identity during internship
3. IT background preferred
4. proficient in both writing & speaking English
5. proficient in MS Office
6. proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
