Media Relationship & Publication Management

• To support PR Specialist to deliver high-quality press coverage while demonstrating exceptional representation of YOOX brand image towards key media

• To coordinate with logistic team to support media loan, monitor media coverage and upload weekly clipping report and PR performance report

• Mornitor media, PR agencies and 3rd party suppliers to ensure brand presentation align with brand standard

• Prepare weekly, monthly competitor report

Marketing & Event Execution:

• To assist event preparation and on-site support for local and global events

• Up-to-date tracking the expense and accruals with supporting document

• Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time

Administration Support

• To provide day-to-day administrative support to the team

• Payment and finance related issue arrangement

Qualifications

• Available to work 4 days per week, commit to a minumum of 3 months

• Highly proactive with strong ownership & passion for the brand

• Strong fashion sense and brand knowledge;

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills is a must
