职位描述
岗位职责：
- Assist in collect and clean data for benefit survey, and researches of employment market; analyze the data from surveys as instructed by manager
- Assist in coordinating HR audits (collecting, checking, arranging documents required for audits).
- Assist in the initiatives to improve/optimize C&B related policies and procedures
- Tidy up personal files, and other documents
- Other tasks as assigned
岗位要求：
1. Good English. He/She will be assigned task to translate the benefits documents, with Financial related background is highly recommended.
2. Active working attitude. He/She will be assigned like P-filing, this is boring but need to be prudential.
3. At least 3 days per week.
4. Bachelor/Master
