Responsibilities: 
- Conduct preliminary market research & analysis on specific industries via database and investment analyst reports
- Desktop research & profile building on potential targets, including but not limited to targets ownership structure, financials, business model, operations, and more
- Facilitate due diligence effort, such as financial info collection and analysis, compliance/litigation and other related information research, etc.
- Build up preliminary valuation/financial models with instructions from BD team members
- Translation of business documents (e.g. DD question list, deal documentations) both way (Chinese English);
- PPT making with instructions from BD team members

Requirements:
- Responsible, self-disciplined, great work attitude, high energy level, mature and results oriented
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Be able to work independently with timely delivery of the project
- Proficient in MS Word and PPT 
- English proficient is a must
- Students with finance or business degree is preferred
- Good accounting/finance knowledge is preferred, but not a must
