Job description:
As an Intern, good link between hotline and Field service engineers for service tickets transfer and customer feedback on BWS system, emails, wechat and so on.
Do some quotations to end users.
Receive and send repairing equipment or components in service center. Keep recording the repair status.
Collect and arrange the service report from service engineers and send their expense claims to HOD in Shanghai.
Required knowledge competencies and attributes:
Some English and PC tech for software operations in systems, no oral demands. Good at team work and communications. Warm hard and high responsibility both to customers and service engineers.
