Your function: 

This position mainly supports all the system of human resources including but not limited to:

• Support the recruitment activities: recruitment for intern positions; filter CVs, like Sample Logistics and Preparation, Test Engineer, etc.
• Build up and maintain talent pool, update candidate profiles
• Support monthly expense issues, like reimbursement, traffic allowance, etc. 
• Search for some resources of training courses, health check services, etc.
• Help to revise the Employee Handbook, like doing research, create forms, fill tables, etc.
• Travel booking for colleagues 
• Share some marketing tasks with our marketing department in Germany 
• Other tasks assigned by HR department

• Have interests in Human Resources  
• Good knowledge of English 
• Good MS office knowledge
