Objectives:

• In Eucerin Greater China team, you will have the opportunity to participate in strategic projects which will have great impact for Eucerin China business development in near future.
• You will have the opportunity to learn about how a well-known foreign brand established from 0 to 1 in China market.
• You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge on brand eCommerce strategy and Alibaba B2C business, including eCommerce operation, store launch process, online branding campaign etc.

Main Tasks:

• You will be involved in Eucerin brand’s eCommerce key projects and team executive management.
• Tmall Global online store project: Eucerin China online business strategy implementation, close communication with Tmall buyer (天猫小二), negotiation with Tmall partners, Top to top meeting organization internally and externally, Tmall store setup management etc.
• TP assessment project: TP longlist gathering and background analysis, assessment meeting management, internal team collaboration and communication, trading terms preparation and negotiation etc.
• Assist on other daily operations per assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above undergraduates in Marketing, eCommerce, Economics, English, Business Administration or related.
• Excellent project management skill/logic thinking skill. Experience in student union project will be a plus.
• Passionate for brand building and eCommerce, start-up working environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Be able to work 3 days/week, for 6 months.
