职位描述

Responsibilities：

1. Supporting colleague to collect and analyze data related to teaching quality control including rating distribution, performance feedback, teaching quality summary, etc.

2. Supporting colleague to discover the information hidden in vast amounts of consultant performance data

4. Supporting colleague to notify English consultant about their teaching performance feedback for CP team instantly and give brief instruction on performance improvement

5. To deal with daily operation issue

6. Supporting colleague to monitor consultant performance regarding to GTR policy

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree , major in statistics/ finance will be preferred

2. Excellent English speaking and writing

3. Integrity, passion, responsibility, positive and active, strong communication skill, willing to work under fast speed working condition and industry
