北京冶乐咨询有限公司（ELA Bridge Associates）是一家小型咨询公司，提供快消品营销/零售（线上&线下）/渠道管理方面的咨询与培训。我们长期协作的客户包括百事、联合利华、金佰利（好奇/高洁丝）、益海嘉里（金龙鱼）、泰森食品、通用磨坊（哈根达斯）、蒙牛乳业、维达纸业、大宝/强生、如果果汁等。基于在快速消费品与零售方面的专长，我们也为投资机构提供零售/快消方面的投资/并购咨询。

公司合伙人毕业于美国宾州大学沃顿商学院（U. Penn., Wharton School），在快消/零售行业有二十余年的丰富经验。其他核心成员也来自快消/零售行业全球500强企业，小团队，但有丰富的快消/零售经验。

招聘职位：

实习生Intern（不短于4个月，每周4个工作日或以上）

工作职责：

培训课程的内容和案例调研

咨询项目的调研支持

零售快消资讯的搜集与整理

其他相关工作支持

职位要求：

本科及以上学历，无专业限制 – 理工背景但对快消/零售/新零售有兴趣的也欢迎

有快消/零售/新零售行业（线上&线下）相关实习经验者优先，但非必要

因实际工作需要，我们要求相当高的英文沟通水平（口头、书面）

Company introduction:

ELA Bridge Associates is a consulting/training company specialized in FMCG/retail (offline+online) industry. We provide consulting/training services to suppliers and retailers on FMCG marketing and retail management. Due to our expertise in FMCG/retail (offline+online) industry, we also provide consulting service to investors in related fields.

Partner of the company graduated from Wharton School, U. Penn., and has over 20 years of experience in FMCG/retail (offline+online)  industry. Other core members of the team are also from multinational retail giants and have rich experience in FMCG/retail (offline+online).

Job title:

Intern（4 weekdays or more per week, no less than 4 months）

Job description:

Research on training contents and cases

Research on consulting projects

Collection and organization of FMCG/retail information

Other supportive work

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above – no specific major required

Internship experience in FMCG/retail industry or related fields is a plus

Interest and commitment to work in Training/Education field

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
