岗位职责：

1.日常咨询/邮件/订单等相关事宜的及时处理；

2.日常客户投诉和订单反馈的及时协调处理；

3.通过各种渠道熟悉公司产品和服务的相关信息，解决客户在网站购物中遇到的各类问题；

4.整理日常工作中出现的投诉和其他问题，提高自身服务水平，协助部门经理完善客服处理细则；

5.对日常问题的记录整理，为其它部门工作提供分析和改善的相关数据。

任职要求：

1.大三或研二学生，本科及以上学历；

2.英文听说读写流畅；

3.善于洞察客户需求，对客户进行沟通引导，能独立思考并处理客户投诉问题，提供客户所需要信息；

4.具备优秀的沟通能力、快速学习能力，团队合作精神佳。

5.能接受早晚班

Requirements:

1.University degree or above;

2.Fluent English/ Japanese/Chinese/French/German/Other European speaking ;

3.Customer service sense;

4.Positive attitude, clear thinking, able to handle complaints independently;

5.Excellent written and spoken communication;

6.Quick learner and team player.
