The role:

As part of the EAMEA (Asia Pacific and EMEA) Central Finance Team, given the transformation of merging the two regions, this individual will be helping in various closing, regional reporting and planning cycle.

1.       Regional level template standardization.

2.       Monthly closing including revenue reserve provision and accrual adjustment

3.       Financial consolidation from clusters/countries and perform financial analysis vs. Forecast/Annual Plan.

4.       Providing Regional Template or Reporting, such as Offer tracker, Monthly P&L, Business review template.

5.       Quarterly Business Review and Operation plan deck preparation

6.       Forecast system submission and validation

7.       IT issue reporting and follow up

8.       Other ad hoc tasks or projects required by Central Finance Manager

Key Skills and Qualifications

1.       Master degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field from an accredited institution

2.       Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel working knowledge, PowerPoint, past experience of Oracle and Hyperion a plus

3.       Prior data processing related experience or  work experience in FP&A a plus

4.       Minimal 4 days per week

5.       Logical thinking, problem solving attitude and learn fast

6.       Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large volume of data, with accuracy, quality and, timeliness of work

7.       Good verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in both English and Mandarin.

8.       Self motivated, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
