Job Summary职位概述:
Responsible for working together with business areas (BA) and supporting functions on business process re-engineering, support and coordinating business projects. 
负责与事业部和其它支持部门一起进行业务流程再造，支持并协调相关商业专案。
Main  Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责  :
1. Prepare project promotion activities: newsletter, webpage etc.
准备项目宣传推广资料，如月度通讯，网页等；
2. Manage MDM project, be responsible for data maintaining and updating;
管理MDM项目，负责数据维护和更新，跟进解决项目相关问题；
3. Support project manager on tracking project progress;
协助项目经理跟踪、监督项目进展情况；
4. Coordinate and support project meetings, workshops and relevant activities;
协调和支持项目会议、研讨会及相关活动，整理会议记录；
5. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager;
主管指派的其他任务；

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1. University student with no major limitation; 
在校本科生/研究生，专业不限，但是需要2020年毕业；
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English，excellent in communicating and cooperating; 
熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达，优秀的沟通和合作能力；
3. Good command of MS office software application, e.g. Excel skill
熟练应用PPT, Excel等办公软件；
4. At least 3 working days per week, last for at least 6 months, prefer one year;
一周到岗3天，持续6个月以上，prefer一年（如能保证长期实习，一周工作2天也可）;
