JOB DESCRIPTION

1. POSITION:   Logistics Assistant (Intern)

2. DIVISION:   ADC China

3. REPORTS TO:  Finance Manager

4. EDUCATION:  University Student (Grade 3 or Grade 4)  

5.  EXPERIENCE: 

-University Student, major in Finance/International Trading/Logistics will be a plus 
-Good command on computer skills
-Experience on ERP and BPCS will be an advantage
-Fluent in written and oral English

6. Major Responsibilities:

- To Excute FOC Order processing track from application to end user receipt. (Approval via EFOC System/Order entry/release/shipment/billing/end user receipt)
- Import Checking List Maintainance 
- Facilitate Distributor Order Processing (Approval via DMS System/Order entry/release/shipment/billing)
- Daily File handling and filing

Key Results Area:

-Timely FOC order processing in FOC system and physical goods deliveries to reps.
-Backup for Distributor Order Processing in DMS. 
-Timely accurate monthly reports. 
-Effective communication with colleagues.

-有ERP（BPCS）经验者优先
-流利的英语听说读写能力

6. 主要职责:

- 完成免费产品订单，从订单申请跟进到终端签收。 (EFOC 系统审批/订单输入/放单/运输/开票/签收)
- 进出口文件处理
- 能完成经销商订单(DMS 系统审批/订单输入/放单/运输/开票)
- 日常文件处理和归档

主要工作成果:
-完成免费产品系统中的订单以及签收销售代表FOC签收单
-能独立处理 DMS系统中经销商订单
-及时更新月度报表
-有效地与同事沟通
