To support MA Epi team and medical operation team driving medical affairs data generation, and assist some primarily detail works:

1.Medical data gneration strategy: responsible to develop and champion the medical Epi strategy , real world data generation, and vision for  including full lifecycle management, and encompassing pre-marketing & post-marketing activities, Work with MAs as key player of CHINA new product task force to ensure alignment and drive future China development programs;

2. Assist MA responsible for identifying and managing the integration points across the MA Teams  and with other functions to ensure alignment;coordinate input from the MA teams to other CHINA functions such as Regulatory Affairs (RA), Pharmacovigilance/Benefit Risk Management;

3. Assist MA provide medical expertise value into relevant clinical components of China regulatory submissions as necessary, and support CHINA ComOpsl and Brand Teams where appropriate; responsible for overseeing medical Epi project, collaborating with countries to provide appropriate input;

4. Develop  KOL management strategy and plan in collaboration with other function, facilitating the allocation of responsibility for managing specific KOL relationships along clearly defined lines;

5.Project management with well planning and execution, are accountable for appropriate tracking and reporting of data;

6. Others: additional scope of responsibilities and other therapeutic areas may be assigned by the  China head of medical affairs and medical operation lead
