Job Description

1. Assist to update PPN Space, upload dealer best practice to the space

2. Prepare presentations for PBE Web-presence research

3. Assist in planning team meetings and documenting meeting minutes

4. Assist with ad-hoc requests from management regarding existing projects

5. Assist in team administration tasks

    

   Requirements

1. Major in Business Administration, English Literature or similar studies. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

2. Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

3. Fluent in Chinese and English language, written and spoken

4. Excellent organisational, analytical skills and an ability to meet regular deadline requests

5. Strong attention to detail and a high level of creativity

6. Positive attitude and willingness to work with others

7. At least 3 days per week, last for 6 months
