Essential Functions
• Understand P&C Insurance market in China and Marsh broker standard and guideline.
• Independently handle multinational client service including:
 Provide risks solution to the client by evaluating their current insurance program or uninsurable risks exposure.
 Prepare insurance proposal to the client and finalize insurance arrangement
 Indentify the client’s need or expectation on risks management service and work out relevant plan
 Develop and enhance relationship with client through professional handling
 Adhere strictly to Marsh Professional standards and other internal compliance

Requirement
• Undergraduate or postgraduate students in business/finance/insurance or related disciplines
• Passion to join the insurance brokerage industry and have a good command of team work
• Attention to details
• Good in verbal and written
• Possesses fundamental knowledge of office databases and company-sanctioned presentation
