You will join our business development team located in Shanghai and report directly to Senior Manager based in Shanghai. Your working environment would be very international and have the chance to collaborate with different corporate functions. As a true partner to our business, you assume all the responsibilities of this position:

• Work closely with Team Managers to understand recruitment needs, Participate in the overall business process
• Cooperate with recruitment department, assist to build consultant team for to match different projects
• Cooperate with HR department to deal with consultants’ HR administration issues
• Cooperate with finance department to follow up the finance issues with client
• Regularly follow the progress of business activities to the team manager and participate in business progress improvement
• Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager   

• You’re a student with a bachelor’s degree or a master's degree (will be a plus) from either a Business School or Engineering School and willing to evolve into a business role. Your previous experience in HR or engineering recruitment will be a plus.
• You speak fluent English and Chinese. A second European language is considered a plus (French, Spanish, German).
• Keen sense of communication and ability to work in a team will help you join our fast growing structure.
• Coached by a manager of the group Amaris, you will receive throughout your integration process training, individual support on all aspects of the business (marketing, recruitment, management, financial management, communication, etc.).
