 HR Documents review：

a)      Review all the HR documents and systems to update the company name and logos.

b)      Check all the website and links if they are still available

 Onboarding process

a) Sending offer package emails to collect employees’ documents after the candidate send back the Signed offer.

按照邮件模板将聘用材料清单发送给候选人，按照脚本与候选人沟通并收集材料。

如果新员工需要参加入职体检，则将其信息发给CDP Kyle Hu安排体检

b) Sending the new hire notice to IT/Finance/assistants/ SFE(if sales)

c) Sending onboarding notice to line manager and buddy to prepare the new employee orientation, CC business HR

d) Sending onboarding preparation email to new employees one week before their onboarding date. CC line manager and buddy.

记录新员工是否能按时参加新员工培训

e) Collecting new employees’ documents according to the checklist. Scan and filing the documents.
