Job Description
- Assist in answering the helpdesk calls, record all cases received thru phone call into Service Manager System and assign to relevant team for further handling.
- Assist WDI Helpdesk team in PC installation/replacement/disposal and desk phone setup.
- Testing and evaluating the new IT technology and making report accordingly.
- Assist in maintaining the IT inventory and make it most updated
- Other IT related job assignment
Requirements
Education:
1. Major in Computer Science and technology or related fields
2. Undergraduate students and must be in third year or above
Core Skills:
1. Understanding of PC, Server and network fundamental.
2. Fluent in English, both speaking as well as in written
3. High proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
4. Strong communication, interpersonal and good team work skill.
