JOB SUMMARY

The Planning and Allocation Intern role at Tory Burch is responsible for supporting the weekly business management of Planning & Allocation team multiple categories and BUs. This individual maintains the weekly routine commercial reports updates, supports the weekly allocation, and can help to track the products delivery status and prices across different systems. To excel in the position this person must have excellent retail math and analytical skills, have creative problem solving skills, and enjoy working in a fast paced highly collaborative environment.

Weekly Commercial Reports Update

? To support the planner to update the weekly business reports from different business perspectives, i.e. reports by product categories by Business Units by location and by collection.

? To acknowledge the usage of key business reporting systems: Microstrategy, Raymark and Kingdee.

? To maintain the outlets inventory report by markdown seasons

? To maintain the MFO (made for outlets) products sales and inventory reports on weekly basis

Weekly Allocation Support

? To support the Assistant Planner in the weekly allocation part, mainly for outlets on weekly basis.

? To collect the store feedback of allocation to Assistant Planner every Monday.

? To check the auto replenishment quantities on daily basis and communicate with warehouse.

Delivery Tracking

? To maintain the delivery tracking reports of the inbound and outbound products

? To support the Assistant Planner to main the delivery status report of new collection

Prices Tracking

? To maintain the China Prices Master File on weekly basis.

? To check the prices between MS and Raymark to make sure prices between systems are aligned.

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

? Bachelor’s Degree

? Strong Analytical and Business acumen

? Basic skills in Microsoft Office
