1. Supports manager to deal with the routine documentation and administrative work efficiently, including mailing, filing, making reservations etc.
2. Arranges business travels and organizes meetings, workshops and other activities.
3. Coordinates among various departments regarding implementation of department operations as needed.
4. Reviews and checks expenses reports, contracts and other documents that need approval of the manager.
5. Support to collect, consolidate business data.
6. Manages or coordinates special or ad hoc projects being assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent education background,
majored in business, economics etc.
Experience: related working experience or above.
Knowledge & Skills: Strong ability of event organization
Good of English, both in oral and written form
Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially
PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and Access
Good interpersonal communication
