职位目标：

-负责订单出货的管理

-联系供应商和货代

-跟进和管理出货文件

工作职责：

1. 负责PF以及Bullet品牌日常的船运出货。

2. 处理/检查供应商的船务出货，包括DOT, 船务的文件，上传装货报表到系统。提交发票供客户付款。

3. 联系所有在中国境内的供应商。

4. 处理海运，空运，快递出货。 确保供应商能够及时订舱。

5. 当出现交期延误，需要及时通知订单管理的同事以及国外的供应链部门。和货代以及供应商协商，争取最好的交期。

要求：

1. 有责任感，细心
2. 对船务工作有兴趣，想要学习积累船务工作相关经验
3. 良好的客户服务意识
4. 具有较强的独立工作能力以及良好的团队合作精神和沟通
5. 熟悉数据分析，了解采购过程
6. 较强的Excel表格制作能力
7. 有良好的英语沟通能力
8. 物流或者贸易类相关专业优先
9. 一周至少提供三天以上的工作日,至少可以工作三个月

Position Scope / Objectives:

1. Responsible for managing shipments and updating related information.
2. The role will take responsibility for handling and managing shipments and related documentations. The role will also be responsible for updating shipping related information into PO system.
3. This position will require close collaboration with vendors and forwarders, aiming to ensure an efficient and smooth shipping process.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Take in charge of daily Shipping jobs for PF and Bullet；
2. Monitor/check shipment Book(by Vendor), include DOT, Commercial Invoice, Packing list uploading；
3. Check/confirm the shipment Book(with Forwarder)；
4. Get confirmation of shipment from BU(from Bullet)；
5. Monitor the FC for Pending/rejection inspection；
6. Coordinate those shipping issues with BU(PF & Bullet), Fowarder, Vendor and POMs.

Requirement:

1. Sense of responsibility, Detailed
2. Would like to learn/work at shipping field.
3. Customer service minded
4. Work independently as well as a good team player
5. Be familiar with data analysis, understand production process
6. Excellent excel skills
7. Working background of textile or fabric is preferred
8. Good command of English
9. Majored in Logistics and International Trading is a plus
10. Be available for at least 3 days per week
