职位描述

Responsibilities:

1.     Global Material download:

Download non-confidential marketing materials from LAP and upload to the internal/external parties.

 

2.     Daily & ad-hoc logistic matters/document

-       Sample order & shipment

-       Marketing material tracking

-       Collect document such as CCC/Custom form for TVC campaign

-       Assist BM to prepare the document requested by GPA (e.g. Gov. related toy award)

 

3.     1st round text proof-read of content script translation from agency.

 

4.     Data collection & analyses

Help BM to collect sales data from China database

Requirements:
-       Bachelor degree with major in Business, Marketing or Sales would be a plus.

-       Can work at least 3 days a week, willing to work 6 months.

-       Open-minded and proactive with logic thinking, and eager to learn with energy.

-       Willing to collaborate with cross-function team, internal and external.

-       Have strong accountability, good communication skill and time management.

-       Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of computer software.

-       Similar internship experience is preferred.
