Essential Functions

•Assists Senior Placement Manager in reviewing existing client insurance and risk programs.

•Reviews coverage specifications and policy wording to be submitted to carriers/underwriters.

•Assists in the creation of the clients’ program/marketing plan.

•Prepare proposal components including; analysis of: pricing, coverage, services, quote comparisons.

• Builds and maintains relationships with underwriters and peers.

• Maintains carrier/market contact at appropriate levels needed to execute effectively and assist the Placement Specialist.

•Maintains contact and relationships with Client Team to effectively service

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate students in business/finance/insurance or related disciplines

• Will graduate in or after 2018

•Passion to join the insurance brokerage industry and have a good command of team work

•Attention to details

•Good in verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin

• Proficient in MS Office
