Brief Task Description

1. Filing: Accounting voucher and SOX filing/archive;
2. Invoicing: Issuing and mail to Customers;
3. Payment process support: voucher and payment request reconciliation; scanning to BO team; chopping ‘paid’ on payment voucher upon payment release;
4. Input VAT invoice filing and delivery to Tax agent for certification;
5. Fiat China legacy accounting and tax filing records preparation;
6. Long ageing VAT reconciliation items vouchering;
7. Audit support
8. Ad hoc task

Qualifications

1. University degree in Accounting or related major;
2. Can work 2 days a week at least;
3. Attention to details and can-do attitude;
4. Basic Excel skills;
