Responsible for daily order handling and support the team to reach sales target； daily support to service team

Manage & coordinate customer order fulfillment process within the team

Familiar with all related work processes, solve or collect/feedback daily work issues within the team

Work proactively with responsible Sales Team to achieve sales budget

Responsible for team sales report & analysis, make sure of data accuracy

Daily customer service responsibilities: e.g. customer’s quotation, orders, delivery, AR…etc.

Responsible for customer complain handling & tracking

Coordinate with other sales support functions

Familiar with sap aftersales modules, daily support to service team for various tasks handling, including quotation, servce order processing, invoice...etc

Regular report to Commercial Operation Manager

Fulfill other tasks agreed with Commercial Operation Manager
