Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Client Service
a) Corporate new student enrolment;
b) Regular corporate NSE/Online students follow up and coordination with centre staff;
c) HR report by presenting corporate students study report, onsite course attendance report, student follow-up report and HR survey;
d) Onsite project orientation, regular observation and follow-up, and service coordination;
e) Business meeting support for KA corporate client if necessary;
f) Special case and urgent issue solving and coordination
2. B2B Course Scheduling
a) Well communicate with service team and sales to finish weekly course scheduling with the highest teaching resources utilization rate;
b) Work closely with service team to solve booking and adjustment issues
3. Other responsibilities and activities
a) Attend weekly sales meeting and CSS meeting if necessary
b) CSS reports if necessary
Requirements:
1. Good Oral English ability
2. Solid technical skills with PPT and other software
3. Good communication skill and responsible working attitude
4. Be comfortable for travelling in QD to visit clients
