Position: E-Commerce Intern

Job Description:

1.       Responsible for keeping track and updating order and merchandises needed for EC function

2.       Order management from the receiving to delivery

3.       Communicate with internal stores and relevant departments for transferring the merchandises.

4.       To assist on the shooting with photographer, retouching and follow-ups

5.       To management the merchandise return from cooperated platforms and coordinate with the relevant contacts

6.       Online event and database maintenance and analytics

7.       Other reports and daily requests by department head

Requirement:

1.       Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, English or related field.

2.       Be familiar with different luxury E-Commerce site is a plus.

3.       Be patient on luxury fashion E-commerce and willing to learn.

4.       Creative/conceptual thinker

5.       Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a changing and multi-task environment with numerous deadlines

6.       Computer skills including MS Office.

职位: 电商部实习生

职位描述:

1.       负责电商订单管理：接收、跟踪、调货及配送。

2.       负责跟踪电商部门需求商品的调转，与各门店及相关部门沟通

3.       协助摄影师、造型师拍摄商品照、图片后期修图的沟通与跟进

4.       协助每周新品上新工作

5.       协助管理合作平台的退货商品，并跟进后续处理事项

6.       线上活动的助理支持

7.       其它行政及部门经理委派任务

职位要求:

1.       本科学位，在读皆可，新闻专业、广告专业、英语相关专业优先

2.       对奢侈品电商有一定接触和认识优先

3.       热爱奢侈品时尚行业，吃苦耐劳，愿意学习

4.       能够独立解决问题，并能够适应多任务的工作强度和环境

5.       能够熟练运用MS Office 软件，会使用AI 或者Photoshop更好
