Purpose of the position

Reporting to Manager apparel EA.

Major responsibilities

• Arrange QC daily inspection schedule and update in system.
• 安排验货员的行程并更新系统
• Coordinate QC file for QC inspectors’ use during inspection
• 协调验货资料
• Summarize inspection results
• 统计验货结果
• Organize and maintain files of all QC inspection reports / records
• 维护验货报告的存档
• Follow up PO status with suppliers and monitor delivery on time.
• 跟进订单的交期
• Follow up and manage on PO Exception report.
• 利用异常报告管理订单
• Handle all PO changes in system on quantity, MOT, EFD and split shipment.
• 处理系统中订单的相关问题，如数量，运输方式，交期和拆分订单的操作。
• Communicate with BU on ETD delays
• 和国外沟通订单延迟情况。
• Track the shipping status with suppliers and forwarders and manage system properly.
• 跟踪订单出运信息，并更新系统。
• Coordinate with Quality Manager on testing
• 协助质量经理做产品测试。
• Other missions assigned by manager.
• 处理经理安排的其他任务。
