GD sales operations intern

Objective of Job

• Support GD operations manager on daily sales operations activities.

Brief Task Description

• Supporting SCM team with data entry in production planning cycle
• Working with Country Sales Managers (CSMs) on order submission by the GDs in line with plan
• Ad-Hoc data compilation as requested by management
• Commercial Committee presentation compilation
• Database cleansing of the registered FCA training Institute users
• Weekly Training reports send out to the GDs
• Coordination & scheduling of meetings & management of team travel calendar

Qualifications

• Student studying business related discipline
• Minimum 3 days availability----Must be available Fridays full day (To coincide with automated report cycles)
• Sound Understanding of Microsoft office suites e.g. PowerPoint & Excel
• English language understanding both written & Oral
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic & fast paced environment
• Good time management skills and ability to priorities
• Must be good at working as part of a team for the greater good
