Responsibilities:

Marketing:

·         Support marketing events

·         Make event evaluation reports

·         Support marketing materials design and production

·         Support market report distribution

·         Support internal and CSR events

 Communications:

·         Support managing digital communications

·         Write bilingual news articles

·         Edit WeChat and company website

·         Write quarterly newsletter

·         Manage media monitoring and coverage

·         Support on presentation materials

·         Check translation

 Administrations:

·         Help on team reimbursement

·         Write regulatory reports

Requirements:

·         Strong English and Chinese writing skills

·         Experienced in WeChat editing

·         Proficiency in MS office (including Word, PPT and Excel)

·         Strong sense of responsibility and carefulness

·         Above 3 days guaranteed/week, at least 6 months, the more the better

·         Senior undergraduate/graduate students preferred
