Responsibilities:

- Logging the End-user incidents and Service requests on the system.

- Troubleshoot, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults including Meeting rooms.

- Assist in the Asset management process by updating and documenting changes into the system.

- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.

- Provide basic trainings and guidelines to End-users.

Requirements:

- University student majoring in Computer Science or related field

- Basic knowledge of personal computer, Windows Operating Systems and hardware

- Good English skills

- Supportive and a good team worker

- Can work 3 days per week and last for 6 months at least

- Expect few travel to LEGO Jiaxing factory for training or some supporting tasks
