Requirements:

• Support on Sales Incentive Refund Process

• Amount and price confirmation from dealers’ emails

• Sales Incentive Agreement programs (printing, chopping, mailing and archiving)

• Red-letter Notification management (collecting & uploading)

• Public mailbox & Sales Incentive Management system maintenance (dealer information update & system improvement suggestions)

• Collect and deal with the inquiries and special cases from dealers (incoming calls & emails)

• Analyze and update routine reports incl. Option Load report and SEA data

• Team daily work and other administration support

   

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor degree or above, knowledge in Sales and Finance is preferred

• Internship experience  in Automotive industry is a plus

• Diligent and responsible person, proactive attitude, , stress resistant, willing to learn

• Proficient knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Committed and available to work at least 3 days per week for at least 6 months

 Working Time: 9:00-18:00
