1. Be responsible for safety issues. Make sure department work implementation safely. Zero RLTA.

2. Collect, summary and analyze the operation and 2. production monthly KPI report, and also support to improve the KPI data evaluation criteria indicator regularly.

运营及生产月报KPI的数据收集，汇总，分析, 并协助定期完善KPI分析考核指标。

3. Support to optimize performance management regulations and organize the final implementation. Be responsible for performance evaluation of blue collar, including data collection, summary and verification, monthly PRP reports. Collect the problems and effects of PRP regulations regularly for updating and optimization of solutions

协助制定、完善公司绩效体系制定，并组织落地实施；负责车间人员的绩效考核，包括数据收集，汇总，核对，编写绩效考核报告；定期收集考核制度实施问题和效果，以进行解决方案的更新与完善 

4. Be responsible for EBM data collection, input and analysis, give feedbacks and suggestions for improvements, and help to maintenance the EMS system.

数据收集，输入，分析，提供建议改善方案，并对EMS监控系统进行维护。

5. Organize general training for new employees, training effects assessment, summary and analysis of training results. Support to evaluation of new employee in trial period.

组织新员工培训，培训效果考核，成绩汇总及分析。协助新进人员的试用期转正考核工作。

6. VPFC monthly news and activities summary and collection to complete the editing work for monthly newsletter.

VPFC月度新闻资料收集并完成编辑汇总工作。

7. Daily routine admin. issues (Meal tickets/visitors’ travel and hotel arrangement/office cleaning supplies and ink application/ daily management,etc.)

行政日常管理（餐券/PPE/外部人员差旅安排/办公室日常用品申请/日常用品管理等）

8. Organize workshop and office 5S assessment, make summary and analysis for audit results.

组织车间及办公室5S考核，结果整理，分析及5S的相关汇总。

9. Other tasks assigned by senior management, such as regular reports.

上级分配的其他任务，如定期报告等。

职位要求：

1. Undergraduate or post graduate student, prefer major in Pulp and Paper, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or     Management Related.

2. Have strong communication and organization skills

3. Good command of English both in oral& written, CET 4 above
