Responsibilities:
1. Partners with Senior HR Professional on employee relations, performance management and other human resource-related areas
2. Responds to associates' questions and concerns relative to basic employee relations issues including payroll, compensation, benefits and policies
3. Develops and conducts or assists with associate and management training
4. Supports opportunities to enhance associate engagement and culture and inclusion
Requirements:
With bachelor’s degree, fresh graduates or ungraduated who can take at least 3-4 days a week in company, major in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or equivalent.
