岗位职责：

Assist Merchandising team to monitor the orders on a daily basis. 协助跟单部门进行订单的跟踪：

Preparing the samples to be sent out; take care of the parcels to Orsay. 准备需要寄出的样品，接收并妥善处理收到的样品

Organizing a filing system, which allow an easy access to the follow-up of the files. 完善文件系统，保证能够快速地查阅到需要的文件

Follow-up of samples. 跟踪样品

Preparation of inspection files for quality control. 为质检部门准备查阅的资料

Input PO、SO. 制作采购合同和销售合同

Issue G/L. 签发放货通知

任职要求：

College student. Textile/garment/fashion related major preferred. 大学在校生，纺织服装相关专业优先

Can work at least 3 days per week and consistently for at least 6 months; 每周至少出勤3天，持续半年以上

Good English reading & writing abilities. 良好的英文读写能力

Familiar with office software. 熟悉office办公软件的操作

Patient, responsible, can work under stress, good communication skills and learning ability. 有耐心，认真负责，良好的抗压能力，沟通协调能力和学习能力
