Job Description:
- Support administrative work such as training room reservation, set-up, and stationery preparation
- Prepare and print training materials upon the request from trainers
- Purchase lunch box and tea break when there is training scheduled
- Follow up purchasing and payment process for training programs
- Support logistics arrangement for external trainers
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree, majored in HR preferably
Good ability in communication and coordination
Can work at least 3 days/week
