Primary Responsibilities
1> To handle the daily debit/credit advice, invoice, loan advance notice, etc., send to the clients by mail or express
2> To handle the monthly loan repayment notice, account statement and send to all the clients within 2 work days after printing-out
3> To track all the express deliver record including inbound and outbound delivery record for clients’ documents appropriately
4> To track the returned mails and check if there is any mailing address to be updated or communicate with express
5> To handle the clients documents between operation team and client service team if needed
6> To deliver the documents to SAFE if needed
7> Other jobs assigned by Head of Client Service or Assistant Manager of Client Service
