Job description

>    Ensure network&system security: protect network and system against virus attacking.Ensure InfoSec requirements are rolled out and IT infrastructure incl. clients is compliant.

>    Plan, organize ressources for, align with stakeholders and realize IT projects.

>    Understand 5S and apply it to IT department.

>    Identify risks, quantify them in terms of probability and possible effect. Report to supperior and GRC Coordinator.

>    Guarantee regular data backup and availability in case of data loss.

>    Setup, maintain, lock and delete users in corporate systems, e.g. SAP, CEOS etc.

>    Troubleshooting of all tickets raised by users based on the KPI defined in SD.

>    Provide Trainings, e.g. Orientation Trainings or how to use corporate standard tools.

>    Setup, install, maintain hardware in datacenter eg: UPS,server,network equipment and components.

>    Server and system basic operation and maintenance.

>    Telephone system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth and stable connection and usage.

>    Setup OS / softare, distributre client hardware, manage and dispose after end of life.

>    Setup,install,mantain printer and e-locker hardware,and management the systems.

>    Monitoring network connection & performance with necessary report generation.Design network solutions to customer requirement, support in implementation, maintain network.

>    Manage selected conference call system provider, incl. User mgmt.

>    IT deputy.

>    Support customers in realizing special software tools. (Needs prior dept. Mgr. Approval and steering board committee).

>    Plan and execute special  projects                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

Job requirements:

>    Bachelor degree or above. 

>    1-2 years IT related working experience (or University Graduate); Client system hardware and software maintenance and support experience.

>    Computer hardware and software, and interested in new technology

>    Server and network installation and maintenance

>    IT related application support and development

>    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently on multiple tasks.                                                     

>    Good English ability in writing and speaking.                        

>    Consciousness of team cooperation
