Main responsibilities:

·       Weekly, monthly sales performance reporting

·       Assist organizing team meetings

·       Responsible for data collecting, consolidation and result analysis

·       Support some administrative tasks e.g. raising purchase order, contract process, payment process and daily updates etc.),

·       Support some ad-hoc projects and duties as needed (communication, events, campaigns etc.).

Requirements:

·       Bachelor, Major in Statistics, Computer Science (e.g. familiar with Database, SQL, Python,) is preferred

·       Can work 5 days/week during the summer/winter holiday and at least 3 days a week after holiday, be stable to work for 6 months

·       Proficient Excel operations and analysis, familiar with power BI preferred

·       Open-minded and proactive with logic thinking, and eager to learn with energy

·       Willing to collaborate with cross-function team, internal and external

·       Strong accountability, good communication skill and time management

·       Similar internship experience is preferred
