Responsibility:
1.Coordinates liaison service between customer, distributor, sales regarding pricing and other services required before/when the customer places the order;
2.Serves customers & distributors with prompt and efficient processing of customer orders, sample requests, customer requests, inquiries and correspondence;
3.Implements improvements of existing practices and systems;
4.Informs and coordinates with other departments when customer complaints or problem areas are identified;
5.Coordinates with Applications, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales on adaptability of our product to customers’ special needs;
Requirement:
1.College/university graduate, junior or senior, majoring in English or international trade is preferred
2.Good command of English speaking, reading and writing is a must,fluent English is preferred, but not mandatory
3.Good PC skills and communication skills
4.One year of related working experience is preferred
5. minimum 6 months, it is preferred to work longer
6. Minimum 3 days a week in total, to work half a day is acceptable
