猎头的工作日常?
• Sourcing the suitable candidates per job brief and specific requirements
• Pre-screening, assessing candidates upon specific job responsibilities
• Working closely with Team Leader to develop and execute a multi-channel approach, utilise direct and indirect sourcing channel, develop talent communities
• Responsible for job posting on a regular basis and track response / feedback
• Follow up with candidates on interview feedback properly after attending the client and candidate interview
• Thorough and in depth research in the target company and positions accountable for.
• Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.
关于优秀候选人的标准?
• The successful candidate will be a person who already has 6 months to 2 year’s working experience, ideally in Recruitment or Financial Service function.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present thoughtful, detailed, and accurate information in written reports, as well as in telephonic and in-person presentations.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Strong Executive Ability
• Hungry, career driven, be able to OT on regularly basis
• Oversea education background, major in economics or finance related
• Down to earth personality • Like headhunter industry and particularly financial service area
