Support in daily administrative tasks -- Daily admin includes vendor payment maintainence, chopping,
office daily requests and claims. So the candidate should feel comfortable
dealing 50%-60% work time on routines and admin ranged work.
Creativity works such as following up HR projects – counts for roughly 30% - 40% of work time
To manage line manager calendar and assistant on x-functional
communication
Support monthly HC report and org chart update
Other assigned work in line with HR schedule
(HR related topics of work will be assigned based on
performance and we would definitely love to have someone who has interests)
Requirements:
Proactive, willing to learn and highly flexible
Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Mandarin,
Cantonese is preferred)
Data analysis preferably
Good knowledge of MS Office (Keynote,
PPT, Excel) – vlookup, excel master and keen on
new apps
Prefer 3-4 days per week --- Prefer ideally 5 days but minimum 4 days per week
