Responsibilities:

• Member Contact: Monitor and assist with responding to inbound and outbound communication (email inboxes, website contact and WeChat account)

• Research: Keep team up-to-date with market activity - competitor automotive clubs, similar ownership clubs, business partner activity and opportunities

• Administration: Support Porsche Club China Project Manager with day-to-day administration of new and renewing members

• Social Media: Monitor audience and assist with content creation for Porsche Club China WeChat account

• Events: Offsite support on both National and Regional Porsche Club event activity

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, knowledge in Automotive industry and internship experience in marketing function is preferred

• Excellent intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent and willing to learn

• Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint),

• Fluent in both oral and written English (supervisor 是外籍)

• Committed and available to work 4 days a week for  6 months

Working Time: 9:00AM - 18:00PM
