Job Description: 

 You will join the Government and Public Affairs China team. As an intern, you will work closely with Head of Government and Public Affairs and support her as well as the whole team on a variety of tasks: 

 1. Support key projects such as CIIE for cross-function communication with internal stakeholders; Work with external agencies in preparing and exciting key stakeholder engagement campaigns. 

 2. Execute and coordinate administrative tasks for the team, including meeting minutes, PO, FOC, global platform tracker and etc. 

 3. Prepare GPA monthly newsletter for internal communication and external newsletter for external stakeholders; Translate and provide summary on key policies of the Chinese Government. 

 4. Assist Head in polishing presentation materials for meetings and campaigns. 

 5. Other ad-hoc work 

 Requirements: 

 1. Bachelor’s degree above, major in Business/Marketing/Sociology/Communications/Language etc. is preferred 

 2. Full professional fluency in both written and oral English 

 3. Microsoft Office super user (esp. PowerPoint) 

 4. On board ASAP; able to work for at least 6 months (4-5 days per week) 

 Salary: 22RMB/hour(pre-tax)
