Responsibilities:
1. Conduct search and pre-screening to identify potential candidates for client talent acquisition assignments.
2. Conduct deep communication with applicants, collect resumes and make pre-qualification on potential candidates.
3. Conduct business development in certain industries based on comprehensive and systematic knowledge and insights into our clients’ expertise.
4. Understand basic interview skills and arrange interview schedule.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with relevant major would be a plus.
2. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin, analytical skill, result and quality orientation.
3. Strong learning ability, good marketing research skills and information consolidation abilities.
4. Good time management, multi-task, and project management skill.
5. Be passionate, self-motivated, take initiative, honesty and commitment to clients.
6. Can work under pressure, customer focus sense.
