Title: Sales Assistant

Job Description:

1. Take order

- Support the sales team submits the sales order with right information.

- Remind any OOS or lower stock SKUs to sales team. And inform related customer accordingly.

- Daily follow up on the back order with Logistic.

2. Customer Contract

- New customer contract perpetration and follow up.

- Existing customer contract renew

3. Consignment wines follow up with all the customers.(i.e. wine promotion, special event)

4. Work closely with marketing team for the Wine list and tent card insert paper printing job.

5. Support Sales team on the daily admin issues.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2. Good communication skills in Chinese & English

3. Highly motivated, open minded and good team player

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular excel.

5. Preferred with wine knowledge.

工作内容：

1. 销售订单

- 协助销售团队，协调物流及相关部门下达销售订单

- 及时通知销售和客户低库存酒款。

- 与物流部跟进销售订单

2. 销售合同

- 准备新销售合同

- 现有客户合同更新

3. 与市场部沟通制作酒店、台卡等

4. 负责销售数据分析报告

5. 销售团队其他行政事宜

6. 上级安排的其他助理工作

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历

2. 良好的中英文沟通能力

3. 良好的团队合作精神

4. 熟练使用办公软件,尤其是Excel。
